One Wedding Coordinator and one Coordinator Assistant will be provided on your wedding day
Wedding Coordinator to attend and coordinate rehearsal
Manage wedding vendors (day of wedding) per your instructions
Manage wedding party
Manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony and receptions sites
Up to eight hours on-site, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your wedding day without any worry of the details
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinate entertainment and all announcements/events during reception
Ensure payment of vendor tips and balances
Pack up any personal or rented items, gifts/cards and ensure they go in the designated vehicle
