• Management of the flow and timing of the ceremony and reception.

• Line up and cue the entire wedding party for grand entrance and exit, including any formalities during reception and dinner.  

• Set up and decor not handled by a specific vendor and any DIY items. 

• Collect/Coordinate final payments from any applicable vendors. 

• Collect wedding day items (at least 2 days prior to the wedding day or rehearsal dinner)

• Cue entertainment for specific events/announcements. 

• Assist photographers for events as needed.

• Veil steaming, placement and removal if needed. 

• All day event coverage that includes setup and tear down.
